In 1962, he published his first book for children, ABC, for which he was awarded the Kate Greenaway Medal, Britain's highest honor in the fieldIt costs too much for that. It's an important text for my discipline specialty.Part 1 of the text covers the basics and does it well. The budgeting ideas are great and really offer some good information. Walker lists. Gives insight into how atomic weapons were stored, activated and deployed during the opening years of the cold war.. Readability suffers, but the information is sound.. It has complete instructions for everything that has been needed so far. 4 stars -- I will preface this review by saying that I think my enjoyment was marred slightly by having to set this book aside for a few days while I went on a roadtrip, and then since I was already out of the story, I also fulfilled an ARC read that I had on my plate. And the book encourages you to apply the theory. One can only hope that she's fired that horrible Withers by now!.
